Trainer Profile

Ganee has been involved in the world of dotcom and Information Technology for more than 10 years. Started his career in programming with developing various applications and websites. During this stage, he grasped the importance of email and forums in terms of engaging with customers and getting their feedback.

He is currently employed with Digital Five Sdn Bhd, a subsidary of Astro. During his tenure with Astro, he has helped the organization in setting up the internal social media team and structuring the social media strategy. He has conducted various seminar on Social Media Marketing for various organizations via iTrain such as MAICSA, Suria KLCC and Astro.

Ganee has been involved in social media since its early stages. Starting with blogs in 2003 and now with every major social media tool in the market; Ganee has tried to find out the best ways to tap these tools in order to have better and richer engagement with customers.

To say Ganee is passionate on Social Media is an understatement. Ganee is active in various social media organizations such as the Social Media Club KL and Digital Wednesday. Together with iTrain, Ganee is now one of the few privileged people to carry the title of a Google Adwords Professional.
